About Correspondia
Building organizations that remain coherent as AI becomes more capable.
AI is increasing what individuals, teams and systems can understand and do. But greater capability also creates a new organizational challenge.
Our mission
An organization should become more intelligent as AI becomes more capable—not merely more automated.
Correspondia exists to help organizations design the operating relationships that allow humans and AI to think, decide and act together with clarity, accountability and continuous learning.
What are we building toward?
Organizational Intelligence
The ability of an organization to maintain coherence across intent, decisions, execution and learning as people and AI work together.
Organizational Operating System
The operating model and digital foundation that make those relationships real in everyday work.

How we work on the problem
Three ways Correspondia works on the problem
Research
Develops the concepts, models and evidence. We investigate how organizations maintain coherence as authority, knowledge and action increasingly span humans and AI. Our research creates the foundation: theory, empirical work and new concepts that advance the field.
AI-Native Transformation
Establishes and tests new operating models. We partner with leadership teams to design and implement AI-native operating models—proving what works in real organizations and building the practical knowledge to guide others.
Software
Makes those operating relationships persistent. We build the system of record for intent and the organizational operating system that embeds those relationships into everyday work—so organizations can operate, learn and adapt continuously.
One problem. Three ways of working on it.
Where the idea came from
What is an organization when AI can participate in knowledge work, decisions, execution and learning?
That question started our journey.
We saw that organizations rarely lack systems, data or plans. What they struggle to preserve are the relationships between intent, authority, decisions, evidence and learning.
When those relationships break down, organizations lose coherence—and so does performance, accountability and the ability to learn.
This is the problem Correspondia exists to work on.
