Conclusion

AI-native organizations do not only need more data, more dashboards, or more automated recommendations. They need warranted judgment about whether the representations through which they reason, decide, govern, and learn remain in correspondence. Correspondence Assessment provides that missing assessment layer. It defines assessment as context-bounded, criteria-guided, evidence-grounded, confidence-qualified, traceable, and advisory. It preserves governance accountability, supports organizational learning, and prepares the ground for future measurement and empirical research. In doing so, it establishes correspondence state as an assessable organizational condition for AI-native organizations.
