Practical Implications

For managers, Correspondence Assessment provides a disciplined set of tests before acting on representations. First, what representation network is the subject of judgment? Second, what correspondence state is being assessed? Third, what criteria justify the judgment? Fourth, what evidence supports or challenges those criteria? Fifth, how confident is the result, and why? Sixth, can the reasoning chain be reviewed by others? Seventh, does the recommendation remain advisory until accountable governance acts?

These questions are not a diagnostic checklist or scoring model. They are governance safeguards for organizations that increasingly rely on human-and-AI-produced representations.
